Who is eligible to attend DNS: "Exercise 1" Course?

This course is designed for both licensed healthcare professionals (MD, ATC, LAc, RN, DC, PT, OT, DO, Etc.) & allied health professionals (personal trainers, pilates instructors, message therapists, etc.) In Addition, Students currently matriculating in any of the above clinical programs are eligible to attend & to register at a discounted student rate.

​What are the current course tuition payment options?

Healthcare Professional Rate: $475.00

Clinical Student Rate: $425.00

Submit the registration form &

make the A.C.E.S. course tuition payment.

*Please note a $50 Early-Bird Discount code will be available

if your payment is made before March 17th, 2019 Midnight PT.

 

Step 2:

At the Completion of A.C.E.S. Registration & Course Tuition Payment, you will be directed to a the Prague School Website to register & pay the €80/registrant fee for the Prague School course certification & emailed Course Notes.

Course Notes Policy

​

Hard copies will not be available at the course location. Upon your completion of Step 2: Prague School registration and payment of €80. You should receive an automatic email with a link to download the course notes from the Prague school. The course notes you receive are required to be brought to the course site in a paper or digital format. This email goes to the email address you provide during your registration with the Prague School.

 

If you do not receive this email within one hour after a payment, please contact info@rehabps.com and request the course notes. In your request please provide your name, name of the course, course location, and course date.

 

Please, everyone, check for your notes in your inbox ahead of time to ensure you have everything you require for our course. If you do not find the course notes, please contact the Prague School as soon as possible. If you need any more clarification can contact us at rehabdoc1958@hotmail.com.

Financial Policy

Every attempt is made to offer this course as publicized; however, Craig E. Morris D.C. APCC reserves the right to adjust program location, dates, times, topic(s), instructor, fees, etc. in order to accommodate for unexpected occurrences and to cancel due to insufficient enrollment. We will only notify advanced registrants of any cancellation or program change(s). We highly advise that you do not purchase non-refundable airline tickets, hotel rooms and/or rental cars associated with Craig E. Morris D.C. APCC’s Course. Craig E. Morris D.C. APCC is not responsible for any expense incurred by registrants due to adjustments or cancellations. A $50 processing fee will be charged per program for any tuition refund request when the registrant provides written notice of cancellation to rehabdoc58@hotmail.com at least 24 hours prior to the course start date. Tuition is non-refundable or transferable if notice is received on the dates of the course or thereafter. All registrants assume personal responsibility for their personal safety and welfare, while participating in Craig E. Morris D.C. APCC courses. Craig E. Morris D.C. APCC makes no representation either directly or indirectly that the substantive matter being presented is approved or within respective scope of licensing.
